If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service as described, please contact our support team. We will investigate and, if a confirmed bug prevents core functionality, we may issue a pro-rata refund or service credit at our discretion.
To cancel your subscription:
Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until then.
The Free plan has no cost and may be used or discontinued at any time without any financial obligation.
